With our support plans we provide optional features to better server our customers. This features are as follow:

	Long-Term On-site support: This option places a Fabtech customer support engineer at your location for an extended period of time, to be agreed in our contract.
	Short-Term On-site support: This option places a Fabtech customer support engineer at your location for a short period of time when a higher level of support is required, such as during the deployment of a new application, during a product upgrade, or during high-risk "go live" periods.
